2. What we collect
Account data (name, email). Profile data you add or confirm (position, club, career, stats, media, contact, languages). Public football data used to draft your profile. Usage data needed to run and secure the service.
3. Where it comes from
From you directly, and from publicly available football data and licensed data providers.
4. Why we use it and our legal basis
To provide the service and your profile (performance of a contract); to match you with clubs and send you relevant nudges (your consent or our legitimate interest); to keep the service safe and comply with the law (legal obligation).
5. Who we share it with
With the clubs and agents you choose to be visible to, and with service providers who help us run agent1190 under contract. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
agent1190 is global. Where data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, export or object to the use of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
9. Children
Many players are minors. We take particular care with their data and rely on parental or guardian consent where the law requires it.
