These terms govern your use of agent1190. By creating a profile or using the service you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

agent1190 is operated by DFZOO.COM Sp. z o.o., ul. Ks. Piotra Wawrzyniaka 6W, 70-392 Szczecin, Poland (registered in Poland, KRS 0000783223, NIP 8522656040, REGON 383250378). You can reach us at hello@agent1190.com.

2. Who can use agent1190

agent1190 is for footballers, agents and clubs. Many players are minors, so if you are under the age required by the law of your country, you may only use agent1190 with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate and that you are entitled to publish it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Your profile and content

Your profile, photos, videos and text are yours. By publishing them on agent1190 you grant us a licence to host, display and share them as needed to run the service (for example, showing your public profile or its link preview).

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for having the rights to any media you upload.

5. AI-generated content

Your e-agent drafts parts of your profile from public data. This draft may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing is published until you review and confirm it, and you remain responsible for what appears on your profile.

agent1190's suggestions are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

6. Public and third-party data

agent1190 may use publicly available football data and licensed data providers to help build profiles. If you believe data about you is inaccurate, contact us and we will review it.

7. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, publish false information, harass anyone, scrape the service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Plans and payments

A free tier is available. Paid plans, when offered, are billed as described at purchase and can be cancelled as set out there. (Details finalised at launch.)

9. Intellectual property

agent1190, its design and its software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

10. Termination

You can stop using agent1190 at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or where required by law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

agent1190 is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version and, where appropriate, notify you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
